Hi Ben and Andrew.
It’s possible Nick may have connected with you on this already. He has identified some gaps in the overall functional plan for the ORE as it relates to NDP. The core nodes have a hardware procurement and deployment plan but the functional services that will ride on that hardware has not had a development plan for them identified. The intent is to fill that gap with a second task order against OTA Production contract. Alpha contracting is the chosen method (attached, Minutes_ORE Kickoff).
You are being asked to develop a bulleted list of what is needed and the requirements to use in the contracting process. This list will be used in the contracting session and ultimately produce the SOW for TO#2. The base contract SOO is attached for your information and use, if helpful.

Nick did expect to have a more detailed, in person conversation with you at the offsite you are on this week.

Do give me an idea of the lead time you need and we’ll plan to put a session on the calendar to work the final SOW.
