Operationalizing Modern Enterprise Capabilities as a Service

Not in task order 1 scope. However, the ORE is reachable from any environment for consumption both by a user - consumer and provider/applications (ie. Services leveraging secrets repo, source code etc.)
Since localization is not relevant in a cloud native environment when a cloud application is distributed with it's APIs and reachable securely via a ZeroTrust construct over the internet, 2 Twelve currently leverages this for its development activities in multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, and on premise hybrid colocation cloud infrastructure). The government may also use the ORE for its development as it currently exists to support development activity in any environment that is cloud ready/native. 2 Twelve is capable of supporting this requirement if the contractual details of the scope enable us to do so.
