3.3.30 Perform NIST-compliant scans of the ORE to support making the ORE accreditable.

Dev Sec Ops pipeline established and its re-occurring during feature releases.

If the feature is in place and you have demonstrated that NIST compliant scans are functioning, then this feature (in my opinion) is complete (100%). The continuous scanning is a "re-occuring task" that should be tracked separately from the feature implementation.
