Feature releases of the ORE without and source code, secrets, and automated scripts are provisioned, and consumable to enable modern development activities on Triton platform to support ORE Devsecops tooling and implementation. Processes and workflows have been developed for pushing up code, deconflicting merge commits, and testing prior to pushing code into ORE production environment.

Remaining 10% are potential other repos that the gov might be using in other development environment that we want to keep this tasker open for potential integration. We're confident that the open standard protocols predominantly used have been captured.
