ORE Migration to NDP

Description
Current task order is not funded for migration work required to migrate to core NDP node
- Due date set to 06/01/2023
Need Government to provide platform and ensure applications are consuming services on the platform. Note that the ORE will be the first cloud native consumable application on the NDP co location platform.
Government must provide the environmental variables and controls the platform will provide that the ORE can inherit like other applications who will also consume the Co Location platform
